DO YOU OFFER ONLINE TUTORING?
While most of our sessions are held in-person at our Wheaton office, we do also offer online sessions through Google Meets or Zoom.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ABOUT COVID PRECAUTIONS?
We follow current CDC and local health department guidelines. Our staff is vaccinated and follows current masking recommendations, and we have medical grade HEPA-13 filters running in our rooms.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR TUTORING AND TEST PREP SERVICES?
Individual sessions are $75/hour for tutoring and test prep. Full-time private education and homeschool students are $55/hr.
HOW DOES PRIVATE SCHOOLING WORK?
At Treland, we offer private school services. This can supplement or replace home schooling, and is also an alternative to private and public schools. Students can attend for anywhere from a single semester to years. As in any other school, students are assessed formally and have their resulting grades entered on a transcript, which can then be used for transfer to other schools or applications to colleges.
CAN A STUDENT GRADUATE FROM TRELAND?
Over the past 5 decades, many students have indeed graduated from Treland. Some were student athletes who needed a flexible school schedule, while others have had anxiety or health issues that made the individual focus at Treland a better option than a typical school setting.
